Used boneless skinless rooster breasts, about 1.5 lbs – private choice over thighs and for extra protein. I made this tonight, undoubtedly a keeper, slight modifications for me as follows. Used boneless skinless rooster breasts, about 1.5 lbs – private choice over thighs and for extra protein. Labored nice, I’d in all probability reduce the breasts in half subsequent time for barely faster cooking time until skinny. No frozen corn however simply drained a 15-16 ozcan and used all of it and it was excellent. As written spice stage is nice. Sufficient to offer it a kick however to not burn your mouth or be extreme. For the creamy base I simply used a can of the beans ( all nice northern as what I had available) with 1/2 cup water and immersion blender to make an excellent paste.
